You may have noticed that I did not purchase a baguette during my French-girl shopping trip. Why not? BECAUSE…
I’ve been making my own bread using the amazing Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day. So far, I’ve used their classic Boule recipe as well as their gluten-free recipe (found in this book). Both are delicious, but the classic Boule is perfect. And easy. And I feel like you should just start calling me Panera. Who needs a store-bought baguette when one has this:

Wow! OK, that DID look really easy…. I might try it this week!
I started using that book this last year, and I love the boule too! So easy and my kids love it! I just recently switched from the “classic” recipe to the light wheat. It has 1 c. of whole wheat flour substituted for the white flour. Haven’t tried the gluten free–maybe I’ll try that next! That book was truly revolutionary for me, though. So easy and delicious!
I love making that recipe too. They have a monkey bread recipe on their website that is really easy and delicious, that I like to make.
Yum and wow. So easy, I may have to try it. Thanks for sharing the video!
